Returns & Guarantees
We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. However, if an item that you have ordered is not as it was described on the site or wish to cancel the order*, this can be done within 30 days which begins the day after receipt of the goods.
Goods must be returned undamaged at customer's expense and a refund, less the original shipping costs will be issued within 5 working days of the goods being returned.
We would recommend that you return goods to us using an economy service at your local USPS Post Office. Please ensure this is a tracked service as the return package is the customer's responsibility until it arrives back with us.
When returning goods to us please fill in the returns form that is inside your package or contact us for full instructions, any item returned without the form being filled in or consent from ourselves will not be accepted.
* Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfumed product(s).
** Note: we do not accept returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase in most cases, Norton Barrie Ltd will be happy to offer a suitable exchange or a refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
If an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition, for insurance purposes, we strongly recommend that you inform us within 48 hours, whereupon we will immediately make arrangements for the full refund, exchange, repair or replacement of the damaged item.
Norton Barrie Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund including postage if the item is deemed not to be faulty. Phone calls will be answered during office hours (0930am to 1800pm, Mon to Sat and 1100am to 1700, Sunday UK Time).
